Tripoli Hotel

The project involved proposing a façade for an existing hotel in Tripoli, Libya, aiming for a modern design with a warm and contemporary material palette. Wooden cladding and metal details blend natural textures with modern aesthetics, while a distinct central mass with large glass openings connects interior and exterior spaces. Balconies add rhythm and private outdoor experiences, and ground-floor commercial areas with transparent showcases and a spacious lobby create an inviting transition from the street.

The upper floor features a recessed rooftop volume and expansive terrace, enhancing social spaces and city views. Monolithic grey side blocks are balanced with wood and metal details, and lighting reinforces the façade’s sophistication. The design delivers a chic, functional hotel experience that prioritizes comfort and aesthetics in the city center.
