Inspired by the Paraná River’s landscape and heritage, the project harmonizes with its dynamic topography and ecology. Using stone, timber, and concrete, the design integrates with existing vegetation, shaping spaces around courtyards that balance interaction and solitude. It reinterprets the Argentine housing model by blending collective living with modern needs, while preserved structures are adapted into shared spaces like a greenhouse. The result is a living architecture that evolves with time and season, fostering seamless connections between nature and habitation.
