For a hotel project in Etimesgut, Ankara, a comprehensive study was conducted based on the existing zoning regulations, focusing on defining the possible building mass and façade design. The research identified developable areas within zoning limits, and a building concept tailored for hotel services was developed accordingly. A site plan was created to align with the hotel’s identity, while responding to the land conditions and location context, ensuring both functional efficiency and aesthetic suitability. Various façade and material alternatives were explored to enhance the building’s visual character, offering options that balance modern design principles with contextual harmony. This process aimed to achieve an integrated design solution that respects zoning constraints while fulfilling the client’s requirements, resulting in a thoughtful, functional, and visually appealing hotel concept.
