Beach House

This 220 m² modular beach house on Tripoli’s coast is built on a steel frame due to the sandy ground, blending wood and natural stone for harmony with its environment. The design consists of three modules: two bedroom units and a central communal area. A 300 m² terrace with Mediterranean-facing seating and a jacuzzi emphasizes outdoor living, while an open kitchen, bar, and shared facilities at the rear encourage social interaction. Elevated above the sand, the project balances sustainability, privacy, and modern coastal living, offering a seamless integration with nature.
